2. Products & Ordering

All products displayed are subject to availability. Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Orders are placed by contacting us directly via phone or email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

3. Payment

Payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards over the phone.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

6. Liability

LiPo and other lithium-based batteries require careful handling. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with lithium batteries and agree to follow all safety guidelines provided. A123 Racing Ltd is not liable for damage caused by misuse, improper charging, or failure to follow safety instructions.
